Not sure but I have tried that before but somehow It doesn't work for me. Once a long time ago I tried to link my Visa to paypal but it got locked so I could not link it anymore and so I cannot use that option either.  I think you need to be 18+ to use paypal so there will be problems with...

Yes, this is big problem for me at least. I have pretty much no ways to use paypal. Its almost impossible to add funds on paypal or if you really want to get some funds on paypal you need to go buy paysafecard and find someone who is willing to exhange your paysafecard to money that he transfers...
