Undercover police and initiation
At the moment there are 2 civ clothed Police going around... There's fully undercover where they have rebel weapons and masks and have been working somewhat independently from patrol Police. Then there's RTU 'unmarked' Police which have a civ car, casual clothing (still being tested) but don't...- BennyBait
