Ok - so it doesnt look like it was resolved so I will go ahead and deal with this report as it seems like like we're not really moving forward as I was hoping we would.  @Mad Yoke - as you've said yourself, and I very much agree with you; its not acceptable to abuse game mechanics like that...

Seeing as I havent heard from anyone on this report, I will deal with what I've seen.  Highly inappropriate language has been used by both Agreen & Delan. Perm bans will be put in place to prevent this from happening in the future.
