    tbh I don't see why we don't just have it so that you get fully payed as soon as it is in your control, regardless of the %. For solo players it is a 15min cap to get it to 100, or 30 mins to take 100 off of someone and take it yourself.

    I thought the only licenses cops were actually able to remove were drivers license and firearms license (maybe pilots license too?) because otherwise it could be abused to then take rebel/advanced weapons/viper license off of people

    yeh, I think this is the best inbetween, as it then allows people to actually push places like castle and the DMT at research without taking an age.
