I see people saying I contradicted myself? I've had situations where there was 6-7 cars in greenzone ramming everyone and constantly doing it so I was told Im allowed to shoot them to stop them as they were ruining the experience for everyone.  What I meant was, if he just VDM'd you by accident...

Depends on the situation. If it's in greenzone and that person is constantly doing it and no admin is responding then yes. However, just because he runs you over doesnt mean then you can break rules also. 

Possibly getting 16GB of RAM would be useful and definitely an intel CPU if you're looking to run Arma better. An i7 would do a treat and make your performance a lot better as Arma mainly runs on CPU.

We were role-playing with some civ's about seeing them with some weapons but it was cut-short and quite frankly ruined by what you did.

Before you shoot at a vehicle / people inside (Like you hit) you need a verbal initiation OR us to already shoot your tires. You cannot simply just shoot at us with no initiation, thats FAILRP.

"Besides I didn't RDM" Have you watched the video??? You clearly shot your rook at our vehicle and hit us multiple times when asked to stop or your tires would be shot.  Please watch the video for clarification on rule 7.1.3

I think you and me both know the scrapping rule, we have to wait 5 minutes after shots are fired in a gunfight to scrap a vehicle so saying that we run in blue zone and scrap vehicles is utter rubbish!😉
