Big +1 this needs to happen and soon. People are just making way to much money atm, which is crashing the economy.  Sadly with this system of hidden locations this well be a repeating cycle, so hopefully it transitions to drug and weapon manufacturing.

@Stealthee A system where you have to have a minimium qouta of items in your store like x amount of repair kits and x amount of apple's. And if the qouta hasnt been met for over a week than the shop gets put back on the market.
