I agree the initiation was pretty awful and he didn't even attempt to initiate on vehicle or driver in any way. As I am able to see it was John black who killed you I can take action against him but not the other.

Well I can at least confirm there is grounds for a rulebreak in this case having occurred. However, we can't see who was driving that vehicle. Do you have any further evidence you can share before this report proceeds further? 

Hi @Mobslayer100, it is now coming close to a week without your reply to the investigating staff member. Please reply to @TomTheDoge  with extended footage preferably 2 - 3 min before the chase began that's shows the accused was indeed the rule breaker in this instance. If you do not reply soon...

Maybe a dev solution that could add a countdown spawn in timer above folks heads so police can see that.  Perhaps this should be addressed more to the police command so that they need to have a specialist operation in order to confiscate. Still think tazers only GZ should be a thing as opposed...
