Same here... Either It's arma or my PC since I get it on altis aswell as KOTH.... But it seems I atleast only get it in multiplayer on arma...

Depending on what you did an application for but usually you will get a message from someone in the "faction management" that you applied for.

I tried all of the settings for me and it seems that if you turn up the Overall thing on video settings to around 3,2 k it solves it... It does however take off some of your frames but hopefully u can live with it :) I am now able to see people on about 1000 metres and they aren't running...
