Meta gaming is a server rule, so if you have any evidence then ask the officer why they did what they did.

I am pretty sure on a similar questions a staff member replied saying they have no plans to bring it back.

I believe it was removed because it was underused and I don't believe the dev team have any plans to bring it back.
