    I was thinking that at what point does the operator determine it an 'accidental call' and attempt to call you back? Then you have to deal with your phone ringing (Unless it is on silent but typically I don't tend to leave my phone on silent)

    Steam pretty much formatted itself.

    I fixed the problem. Used Data Recovery software and in the end I just decided that I would reinstall the games, I could have done with clearing out my Steam Library anyway.
