Its all about communication, and its shouldnt be a issue to tell others your logging off for the night especially if there is a AR or Bank Robbery going on that might get screwed if if goes under the limit. If that player noticed the numbers going low during robberies, why not let the ADMINS...

Watching the video, doesnt really add up to their part. There were zero attempts to even talk during the video. Any other video evidence, or maybe something longer that we could work with?
