I think so, definitely. Impounding is appropriate there, scrapping is a massive overreaction.

I think the rules on scrapping just aren’t clear enough, and there’s too much leeway given to the police. If you’re costing someone 15 million, they should at least get a good roleplay experience out of it.

They are, it’s a bit of a silly system. Seems to me more like the scrap-happy police prefer to ‘punish’ rebels rather than engaging in RP.

Never go to any bank but Kavala, they completely drain your money. The bank changing system was originally designed to drain money from the server, and they later added the option to 'opt-out' when people complained. 'Opt-out' is now the default.

At least the name changing was more interesting than the usual 'spawn-an-explosion-on-everyone' script
