I believe so, similarly if your group is involved in a gunfight with police you can walk up to them unarmed, then whip out a rook and shoot the cop, it's sort of scummy but it makes sense within roleplay and adds another element to chaotic kavala fights.  Without appeal 😞

Sick of my Huron being stolen, I went to the helicopter mod shop to get the tracker upgrade. However, it doesn't seem to exist! Does anyone know how to go about installing trackers? Is there an item or skill? Pls help a hobo.

This is something I like to try and do do for hobos because it's very fun to drown robbers and sort out logistics - it's cool to see someone doing it properly,  good luck to you man! 🙂
