Indeed, this looks to be blatant VDM and also an additional RDM in the mix, especially with that poor act that happened. Banned under 2.1 and 2.2

Ok then, looking at this ill be adding on this ban to his existing one as looking at notes it seems that even with this much video, there is enough to know this is RDM and stealing medic car. Banned for 2.2 and 2.12
