Player already banned under multiple reasons but looking at this along with recent behaviour, this seems to be VDM so will add this to the list also. Actioned under VDM

As much as it seems to be a possible RDM scenario, due to i being not enough time before the incident, and if we allow people to post with this in every scenario, we would not know enough to feel confident in taking action on it.

I know there was most likely not things happening before, can i please have more time before the incident to be sure
