Wonderful mate, the first videos what i needed. Seems like he has a family stuck in his Voicebox lol. So i will be actioning on RDM as well as breaking RP, I will note his logging to prevent RP because he was annoyed  while breaking RP. Action taken: RDM and Breaking RP

Ok three things, 1 you were not around enough for this to happen on the 13th and 2 i think you were on another server, you sure know what you were playing on? and 3, not enough evidence if it that was a panel of ours.
