Not having cars break every minute
agreed with Isak would be nice to just a bit improve the vehicle armor, but yeah as he mentioned it's normally reckless driving and crashing that will break down your car which in terms of RP makes sense, IRL it really doesn't take a lot to break down a car. if it is a matter of your car...- Enzo Ravi

Ability to buy furniture and other items for a house you have a key for.
+1 might take quite a bit of dev work and possibly change some things around, in terms that it's not just the key that's shared between people but the property itself as well, in addition to this if it becomes that the property itself is shared then everyone living together could be able to pay... -
Speeding fines for emergency workers.
-1 way too much work and hassle in my opinion and also doesn't really make much sense to give them speeding tickets if they're on duty. the guys above have stated very very good reasons why to go against it and i totally agree with them -
Import Cars and Prices
+1 definitely could do with more japanese shitboxes in the city, i'm not too sure about changing prices though, remember these are japanese legend cars so makes sense they'd be expensive and rare in the city -
