Started happening recently where I can't hear in vehicles. It works sometimes but other times it doesn't. I think it may be due to the handcuffing mechanics as it only happens when I'm hancuffed in police vehicles. I have Von on 100%.

Arma is a very CPU intensive game and really a 1060 and a 1080 Ti would get the same fps from my experience so it's probably due to an overload on your cpu. Try limiting the amount of background apps and maybe try and turn off apps starting on boot.
