Yes I have read through the rules fully. I now not only understand the rules but I also have a new appreciation for the rules and how serious they are.

The rule is simply do steal any vehicles in a green zone with lock picks, or by carjacking.  I have no intention of ever breaking a rule again, and want to play on this server because no other servers can mach the amount RP.
