Went to the forum, and it seems to me someone is a bit too active on it... :)

These known rebels or outlaws, guess they are wanted dead or alive by the government, that also have made sure to inform all civilians how they look like. So does that make it legal to kill them on sight for the saftey of Altis if they are to be seen in government controlled land? Just wonder ;)

Is this only for the police and the blacklisted rebels? Or who counts to Altis Militia, is that the rest of us? Is the mayor already kidnapped or they are going to kidnap him?
