Report Withdrawn, however Based on what I've seen, I saw no high quality roleplay from any of the rebel parties involved.  This is a warning, shape up or ship out. This is a roleplay server, not find a reason to shoot guns at the cops server, especially a cop who is willing to roleplay.

For the record what he did wasn't an exploit because the vehicle was moving so slow. He just happened to get VDM, so no action will be taken on that.
