It might be to do with the Browser which people are you using it looks like they are using Firefox which is US company so perhaps it automatically puts the date to US time however I use Google chrome so it is correct for me...

They should just move the third person camera to a position of which people are unable to use it over/around walls. I have seen it done before where the camera looks over the right shoulder.
