You needed to log out and back into the forums, for you to receive the rewards, this is the only way for the system to work correctly. I am sure though that a Staff member might be able to give you the Award though since you were on the forums Christmas Day 

Its because if you get packet loss for a certain amount of time or your ping spikes then the server will kick you from the game,  For server 1 I think it has max ping of 200 and server 2 i think its 300. This is mostly why you getting kicked.  Another reason you could be getting kicked would be...
