Ofc there are some diffence I'm background apps. Nothing in task manager has been changed and I will post my settings tomorrow but they areally all on high and vsync is off. Lately my game has freeze when I fly over the ocean and sometimes when I'm near kavala drug dealer

My setup  16gb ram 250gb ssd 2tb had Msi gtx 970 i7 4790k My friend has the same setup but 8 ram we both ran the same settings but he had 60 fps and I had 20. We were at the same spot in game.  Any suggestions how to fix this?

No they are not allowed to knock you down or shot you in gz, thats a rule break. they may try tor un or defend them self with RP not bullets
