I can say myself, as i was the passenger in this report, i were asking you nicely to stop, we had a question for you, but you kept driving away we then followed you, and it ended up cool hitting the offroad because of desync, i can say from my pov it didnt look like a vdm at all.

I am saying try and talk to the guy, you are reporting before you start going ham on forums. 

Act mature please, i did never state its ok to ram and jump out. But you did initiate roleplay so theres nothing more in that. I expect to see more maturity from you too, as you are a senior officer, but it appears you are an instant reporter like everyone else.

Second video. WITH NOT TAKING ANY SIDES. I would say its not an rdm, since you did start roleplay by giving him a chance to either "drop his weapon, and get on the ground". Wich he chose to not do, he then started to open fire instead, i wouldnt say its rdm, but it could be roleplayed better.

In my opinion i think its, fun for the cops to let loose and play as rebels. But i dont see so many cops active here, nowadays as they were before this rule came in.  So i pretty much voted "No".

Taking a chopper, that is unlocked imo if the guy that owns it, is standing buying guns and forgot to lock it, then i think its really evil and maybe rule breaking. If i was you i would let them be, buy ur own cars/choppers and role in them.
