That would still make you "invincible" for the duration, so I assume that is still against the rules.

Blue zone is different. Cops are permitted to return to a blue zone when being fired upon. Same goes for civilians as far as I know, as they can roleplay getting protection in the police station. The green zone on the other hand... If you run into the green zone when in a firefight, or to avoid...
