Because you're complaining about COPS not helping you. They're in a role. In a game. They aren't server admins. So if you're dead and born again; cops can't help you without breaking RP. Your issue is that an admin didn't sweep from the sky and ban that guy on the spot for breaking server...

Post a report with evidence. Things get done. Why should it be? If you want no challenge, boot it up in a singleplayer scenario. Apart from the boats that MPU get, not really. Play it how you want to; if you don't enjoy the role you're playing, do something else.

You were shot. So how can police help you if you are dead? Or have died and "risen again" with your pre-death memories. How can cops RP that? Are you Jesus? It sucks what happened to you, but how fair would it be if someone was banned without evidence and fair hearing?
