I'm not sure about this but i think one of the custom keys in the settings is bound for shift + g, like custom 10 is the same as the windows key, if you bind "custom 10" it can interact like the windows key i think, it did on anther server.

I would say its worse with the new/current one, i think you should try to take the max players down to 80 for a couple of days to see how the server preforms, or possibly other server providers or server locations like denzel mentioned.

Considering what civs/rebels get costs allot of money and the cops get better gear for free and don't need to care about dying and losing it. Like when i go and spend over 160k+ on a weapon, ammo and clothing and get killed by a cop for what ever reason it can be annoying, but i kinda guess...
