I would also recommend capping you FPS so you don't get big spikes when driving around. You can do this with MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner Statistics Server. It gives much smoother gameplay and well worth the time looking at. With the settings I have, I cap my overall FPS to 30 as I know that...

1st piece of advice...turn shadows of if you have them, it's an FPS killer! As for the launcher, I have specified two things in the Advanced Parameters, I have enabled Hyper-Threading and also manually added my CPU Count to make sure it is using them all instead of just one or two as it see's...

I use Raptr for 5 - 15 minute chunks of goodness and OBS for anything longer. I can highly recommend both.

It is not in the rules, it is in the Police Handbook on page 39 (Police Powers Section). That said, of course if rebels decide that the RP or scenario warrants opening fire without any further communication after that time we often end up with multiple reports for various things on the Forums...

I wish I still had mine to be honest. What did you main as? I used to role with a pretty annoying goblin deck as my main, lots of 2 and 3 cost 1/1's and 2/1's. Occasionally I would use a stomper green deck with elves and big ass trample enchants / instants.
