Love this entire suggestion a huge +1 for me, as a business man myself i would invest so much money into this xD 

+! Prison RP is very limited and dry at the moment and especially if you are serving a life sentence! Most people get sent to prison and then log off the server and wait for their prison sentence time is over, improvements are much needed. 

+1 can create more RP scenarios and also more adrenaline once successfully resisted arrest, potentially more foot chases

-1, this seems to be aimed at triads x ballas, just because 2 gangs which are ACTIVE and have a good alliance doesn't mean other gangs could do the same.
