Doing salt (with processing and going back to the mine to fill up again) you can make £1 mill in about an hour and 15 minutes. Not bad work for a legal resource.

I'm not privvy to all the details, but it's a mixture of things from what I hear. People getting banned, people not having enough time to play, people not feeling welcome on the server.

If someone deliberately aims at someone crossing the road to run them over, VDM. If someone accidentally runs someone over because they can't stop or move out of the way in time, not VDM. There are no server rules for road crossings, cars do not have to stop for you.
