I when from a FX-8350 @4.8Ghz  to a i7 4790k @4.7Ghz my FPS jumped from 25 (settings preset high 2km view)  in kavala to 50-60 on very high settings and adding extra 2km on view distance to make it 4km 

Intel i7 4790k @ 4.7Ghz Sapphire R9 390x 8GB  16GB HyperX  @ 1903Mhz Very high preset but custom 3800 view distances. 50-60fps Kavala with 124people online. Outside Kavala no idea but I don't noticed any difference between Kavala and with driving out of town unless doing 350khm in sport hatch.
