Hmm, that's strange. My phone isn't connected to my WiFi and I'm using 3G however I still get the same error message. :/

This is what happens when I try to go on www.roleplay.co.uk, it's the entire website that I can't access.

Whenever I try and enter the website I get an error message saying that I don't  have permission, with the error code: 2S160/4 The only reason I'm able to access it right now is because I'm using a proxy.

Fair enough, since MoP and WoD they've drastically changed the levelling system so nowadays you can pretty much get a lvl 90-100 character in an insanely short space of time.

How long ago did you play WoW? Levelling is unbelievably easy nowadays and it literally takes no time to get to expansion/end-game content. I still think WoW is a good game, definitely worth a go. I'd recommend maybe selling the subscription and buying a 1 month or 3 month subscription instead...
