    Ive got the i5 4690k and it is more than enough to play arma at 60 FPS+, but if you are going to be rendering or multitasking alot in the future then maybe invest in the i7.

    You will notice absolutely no difference... The biggest change you can make to get better FPS is a better CPU but obviously that can be really expensive.

    They are not allowed to camp the dealers and illegal sites, the rule is that they can sit there for 10 minutes at a time with i believe 30 to 60 minutes gaps between. Unfortunately officers don't always have the best communication meaning as one pair leaves another could turn up un-knowing.
