Get that CPU overclocked more! Arma 3 is massively a CPU based game. (I have a 4690k clocked to 4.5ghz and get 50-60fps easily) But no matter the specs, Some servers will limit your max FPS due to bad service.

I really like the idea, but sometimes it is not possible to resolve it with the player if they arnt on TS or leave the server for example, but if there is a way around that part of it, great idea :)
