Ok the GTX 1070 has a Recommended 500w power useage per card so your gonna future proof to power 2 cards and everything in computer then I would suggest the following PSU, had mine for 3 years now and rock solid thus far. P.s Only wattage you need to look for not voltage...

the recommended PSU for a GTX960 is 400watts thats only for the 1 video card, after that you have HDD's, SSD's, Optical drives(Dvd/BluRay) Drives, these all require power as well, then anything plugged in, keyboard/mouse, back inside computer again might be Audio card, CPU needs power, Ram needs...
