I Told u, Once we tab down the game, plays.TV (the program we record with) stops recording, when we tab back up to the game it start again automatically.

I think you meant my friend by that. He was yelling stop, however if u think that you can shoot someone just because he said stop then I really suggest u go and read the rules again, what u did is top notch RDM and the fact that you are not apologizing makes me concerned about the other players...

But this rule says its okay to call a cop by his name even tho I dont know him. 

But I am not identifying anyone tho, Im just using their name, the cop asked me for my name and instead of giving him my name I used his name as my own name, how is that meta gaming? 

So Just now I had someone saying that ur not allowed to use someone elses name, is that true? Do u break a rule by doing that? For example like if my name is Ghaleb and I see a cop infront of me and his name is Train, can I use his name instead or not?
