I recommend not buying anything now. the game is good and has potential but it's too expensive now. they said they are aiming for late 2016 but in its current state and on what level they want to take it doubt that it will be late 2016. expect atleast 1,5 years.

You're saying that a3 would clock your cpu at highest so i geuss higher temps. but weirdly my cpu get's hotter in example fallout than arma 3

Are you striving to get more fps in A3? if so replace that 'shitty' cpu. Buying a better gpu won't massively increase fps.

if that's your budget yes but don't expect big fps increases. a3 is cpu sensitive. i had a amd fx6100 with an 970 and i only got 30fps max. bought the i5 and i now have well over 60 fps outside big cities

temp's are good. i'll leave this to @Zeito or someone else because this goes beyond my knowlegde probably.
