    That is shit!, but gladly Arma is not really based on the best video card. you might be able to get a medium pc or parts what perform well with Arma. for example i5 will do the job and is less less expansive then a new processor i7. gtx 950 200 euro, but i think it can be done for 150. ram 8gb.
