Okay so buy an excavator right? Go to a shipwreck, dive down the the ocean floor and get right upto the wreck itself. It should be a litteral ship on the sea floor.  Then hold windows key till your inv is full of tasty boat loot. Then swim up and shabang you've done it.

You gotta go inside the redzone to shoot. If someone shoots out, thats rdm and you can shoot them back. If you get shot at inside the redzone then go out you can both still shoot each other. As far as I know.
