You did nothing wrong? In that video you are trying to drive a car while in restraints, you text a police officer while restrained several times, you remove items while restrained, and you do not value your life. Anything to say about this?

So. Why did it take you this long to dispute? I gave you many chances to come clean or show your evidence, but you just didn't do it. Which leads me to believe you are simpy lying about it. It would have been easy for you to post your video. There is something fishy about this.
