Out of interest, was what they did breaking the rules for future, Yes i do know where to go to report someone who I think is breaking the rules. That was a bad day where I acted totally inappropriately, the consequences have made me not want to act out of order.  Unsure as to do what I can do...

Unsure as to what you mean by your first statement... My anger during that situation is not something you need  to worry about in the future, my actions were inappropriate and completely out of order and that would not happen again.

The guys who took me hostage which is when i proceeded to combat log . Which was for apparently lurking (I know doesnt justify me breaking the rules for) about their area after that i was killed and took to paleto bay hospital which is then when I proceeded to stupidly combat log multiple times.

I quit after they kidnapped me for no reason so they could not get my items out of pure anger. Yes i knew there would be repercussions.
