Arma 3 is a horribly optimized for every setup. Lowering your object distance has a pretty significant impact on your framerate, but other than that you just need to tweak with your settings a bit and try to find what works best for you.

These days most trucks (and a lot of personal vehicles) are equipped with trackers, so I think it's totally within RP to do this. Nice job on landing though ;)

Somehow I feel the OP boils down to: I don't want to RP but just be able to gear up and sell drugs with the least amount of contact with other players. (but by all means correct me if I'm wrong)
