Yes, looking back on it my attempt at being 'cool' could've been potentially worse and in the future if I'm unbanned it won't happen again but like I said earlier it didn't which is why I previously stated I believed the ban was not appropriate. 

I have learnt not to fly close to high roleplay density areas incase something like this happens again, I have also learnt not to  put too much trust into my flying skills. 

I was flying over Kavala as I didn't believe there was a rule against that and its plainly more fun flying over city rooftops rather than a field, I thought I could get away with a trick as I thought I was at an appropriate altitude at that time. Yes I agree that I came close to 10 Kavala Street...

Well as I previously mentioned I didn't kill or purposefully hurt anybody as it was just an accident, I may have hit some people with fragments and cost them a few first aids which ill gladly comp them for.
