I've had a situation similar to this before. The conclusion that we all came to was that robbing players that you physically see spawn in is bannable (low quality RP), but robbing them around that area is not. However, blocking ARAC exits in and robbing people who spawn there is definitely very...

I believe it was causing the server itself to lag, and players to have frame drops. I believe there was also the discussion of players abusing them to do naughty things. Perhaps we'll see them in the new framework when things will be more stable :)
