    There isn't a "ness" word for болшой,it is a word strictly related for size :P You should proapbly use the величие word ,it is made on the велики core. Gender of word is mostly experience,but some can be easily told apart,most female words end with a or я.

    Ness would be ство or ность,depending on gender of word and the word itself,there's no general rule about it.The sentences you wrote are translated correctly though i don't really understand what you mean by the dog is from him,If it means a gift from him it'd be after , :ето собака от него.

    Try using the JEM allocator,It's a pretty weird problem,have you maybe tried running the game in differnet mode,like Fullscreen windowed instead of fullscreen or the other way around?It kinda sounds like a RAM issue if you asked me though.
