If you can change the pre-set DNS setting sin the router that get assigned to your lan, set them to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which are google's DNS server. You probably cant do that on the home-hub though, i hate those terrible routers. You could try another router if you have one, or see if setting...

if none of the devices, wired or wireless can access anything google related it sounds like either a DNS issue on the router or a major problem at google's end which would be more widely reported. I'm assuming you've tried restarting the router/connection? @FriendlyFireGuy

I'm a little mystefied. Some googling doesnt show up much in the way of help, if you've got the drivers etc installed from your mobo manufacture site etc, i cant think why it wouldnt be working unless it was a DOA network card. Can you try opening device manager, find the Ethernet controller...

if you right click the adapter and click properties, can you show a picture of that window? It should look like this

if you right click on your network adapter settings and click diagnose, it should go through everything and reset the adapter for you. Can you show a apicture of any messages or errors that come up?

Pretty much everything above. Make sure the correct drivers are installed for your network driver as well. Best to download them from the manufacurers website.
