You aren't banned, we just filter out VPN users with a list supplied to us by our ban handling client. If you are unable to play without a VPN then unfortunately you are unable to play here as there is no way for us to manually whitelist you through the system. Denied - Not banned.

We used to just not bother letting people appeal perm bans. Since we began the process, it has always been this thorough yes. 

It's like that because we have a whole staff team dealing with standard appeals and about 4 people dealing with perms. On top of this, they are even lower priority due to the reasons for their bans in the first place. Perm bans often take much more investigation in order to make a decision and...

Following some further investigation and talking on TS, I believe the previous comm ban was mistaken. Appeal re-opened.
