Adults don't argue, they discuss, or debate.  I'm not sure what 'argument' you are talking about here, but If something derails and turns in to another pointless argument then typically, it is locked.

When did I say that? A police rule is a police rule, no matter who the cop is 'against'

What I'm trying to get across here is that you can feel free to liaise with cops out of RP, we are a friendly community and we always will be, however in RP, while the whole 'terrorist' thing is still ongoing, cops won't cooperate with terrorists.

This is all happening in RP, that's the important part. The PCC's aren't revoked because 'we don't like each other out of game'.

Behave yourselves (in game :P) and then you'll keep the privilege of being able to. If people are going to slaughter cops on the Island, why would senior officers liaise with them to sort out issues? @Slawek UNMC

The PCC is an out of game tool, however it is written in RP. In that sense, why would a police force take complaints from a terrorist organisation seriously? And this certainly doesn't mean that cops are allowed to break police rules depending on who they are dealing with. If I see a cop break...
