I think the ATM by the truck renting place is good to hand in the money from returning the petrol trailers. The import warehouse and the general warehouse I'd put down a simple vending machine. Noble's for example I wouldn't put one down as it's close enough of a drive to shops/ATM's.

We've all seen the people with electric E-cars / E-Taxi's run out of electricity and just abandon them or needing to have them picked up by flatbeds. So here is my suggestion, A handy Jumpstarter mechanic's can walk around with just like petrol can's to come to the rescue and get their electric...
